Job Responsibility

1. Contract Management includes checking contract coversheet fill in, contract registration in CLMS system and contract chop e-log form, etc.

2. Management support such as presentation design for projects/executive meetings.

3. Procurement spend data analysis and tracking;

4. Ad-hoc support for request from sourcing and solutions functions

Requirement：

 Postgraduate student, Chemical/Pharmaceutical education background is preferred;

1. Fluency in office software (esp. PPT and Excel)

2. Good and logical communication in both Chinese and English

3. Earnest, diligent and proactive;

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

5. At least half year stay and work 3-4 days per week preferred;
