Main tasks:

1.            Helping the EMO international team doing some events operation tasks, includiVisa application related materials preparation including certificate , invitation, etc.

2．         Attendee management: follow up with missing info and attendee changes.

3．         Hotel registration on global EMO website

4．         Meeting destination info collection, including hotel and restaurant location and rating investigation to help EM make decision on logistic.

5．         Other miscellaneous

Position: bachelor's degreee or university students learning event management of tourism.
