工作职责：

• Design landing pages, banners, and other creative materials for branding and marketing purposes.

为营销活动与规划设计活动落地页，广告横幅，与其他创意素材；

• Understand and follow brand guidelines and consider recent eToro works to create designs that match up with brand image and quality.

了解品牌规范与近期e投睿创意素材，并根据其设计符合品牌印象与价值的素材；

You must possess the following qualities：

• Major in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related.

平面设计，视觉传达设计等相关专业；

• Good skills of using creative softwares; especially Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc. Skills of html and css coding using text editor (i.e. Sublime Text) is a plus.

有较强的创意软件操作能力；尤其是 Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop，等。优先考虑能使用文字编辑器(例如 Sublime Text) 进行html和css编程的人选；

• Concept of web page structure and responsive design.

熟悉网页架构与排版，并了解自适应网页的概念；

• Skill of making animation or motion graphic is a plus.

优先考虑拥有制作动画或动态图形影片能力的人选；

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team working and self-driven.

良好的学习意识及团队配合精神，善于沟通，能应对挑战。
