Role Purpose 职位目标:
Assist recruitment team to achieve recruitment objectives by offering relevant administrative support.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
· Coordinate recruitment processes with recruitment consultant.
· Handle headhunter fee payment and delivery to finance dept, keep tracking to ensure the process going smoothly.
· Work closely with Finance Dep and Procurement Dep. Handle recruitment related online purchase requisition order.
· Assist to recruitment team members’ onboard & exit, provide facilities & system account as required.
· Provide other administrative supports including but not limited to resources coordination, stationery order, procurement order, name card preparation, etc.
· Be responsible for other internal & external project coordination as required.
· Support Campus recruitment activity including screening, interviews and assessment centres.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor or master degree, Graduate in 2018 or later, Major in English or HR will be a plus.
· Have passion and commitment on HR function
· Good English skills, CET-6 is a must
· With passion and capability to work cross function
· Strong sense of responsibility and team spIrit
· At least 4 days per week ,6 months or above con
