Responsibility:

 1. Support Bayer China Change Management community with various Programs (e.g. Culture Enhancement working group meeting; rolling out the 4 Focus Behaviors); work on CM process and tools application as a member of project team

  2. Support related workshops and projects, e.g. preparation plan, logistics coordination and feedback report summary; proactively communicate with sub-groups

  3. Manage external vendors and work with procurement dept. for newsletter/token design, etc.

  4. Other ad hoc tasks such as admin work, payment & reimbursement, budget control, etc.

Requirement:

 1. Bachelor degree & above.

 2. At least 4 working days every week, and last for more than 6 months.

 3. Fluent of English, both in oral and written form.

 4. Good logic & communication skill

 5. Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word

 6. Graphic design (Photoshop, Flash, AI) experience is a plus, but not a must
