Main responsibility:

·         Run different reports (e.g. Payment report, PO report) in SAP system

·         Background research of auditees (both domestic and oversea companies)

·         Attend the distributor TPA meeting and make timeline governance

·         Assist in audit planning by drafting and conducting data analysis

·         Prepare CAPA tracking report of TPA team monthly

·         Administration work (e.g. booking flights and hotels, Reimbursement)

·         Other work required by your managers

Requirement:

·         At least 3 days per week (Monday to Friday) and last for at least 6 months (a must)

·         Fluent in written and oral English

·         Majoring in Accounting, Finance or English is a plus

·         Good command of MS office (English version) and ERP system (preferred)

·         Able to work under pressure and multi-task conditions

·         Be cautious and solution-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
