1. Support Bayer China Change Management community with various Programs (e.g., Simulation workshop; Case study sessions); work on CM process and tools application as a member of project team

2. Support routine training programs for team, e.g., preparation plan, logistics coordination and feedback report summary; proactively communicate with sub-groups

3. Manage external vendors and work with procurement dept. for newsletter/token design, etc.

4. Other ad hoc tasks such as admin work, payment & reimbursement, budget control, etc.

5.Provide administrative support to talent assessment counter, e.g. track participants/observers' status change, generate competency analysis report and coodinate AC/DC logistic support if necessary.
