Provide administrative & logistic support to HR BP team, such as booking flight ticket, hotel reservation, visa, visitor,HR brochure
/gifts etc.
协助HR BP日常行政工作,包括预订差旅,办理签证, 访客接待,发放HR资料/礼品等
Arrange management meetings & other business related meetings for HR BPs
协助HR BP协调内部或与业务部门之间的会议
Support to arrange /facilitate HR related training/workshops,such as
meeting room reservation, sending invitation letter, etc.
协助HR BP组织工厂内部培训/研讨会/沙龙等, 包括预定会议室、发送培训邀请等等
Support to maintain SAP system for organization/position change, employee deployment,
支持HR BP完成SAP系统中的相关信息维护,如架构/职位变化,员工内部转岗等
Support to collect related data & information, and do the analysis.
根据要求收集并分析相关数据和信息
Support to prepare assigned report & PPT.
根据要求准备数据报告和PPT
Support on other assigned tasks.

2. Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)
Bachelor degree & above with major in HR or Applied Psychology
本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或应用心理学专业
Can work at least 3 working days per week
一周能出勤至少3天
Fluent of English, both in oral and written form
良好的英语口语与书写水平
Good logic skill, communication skill and multi-tasks skill
优秀的逻辑思维能力、沟通交流能力和多任务处理能力
Good level of skill in use of Microsoft, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word
