职位描述
Assist in below PV coordination activities:
- Provide administrative support to PV team in order to set up a high efficient working environment.
- Assist in PV relevant documents archiving and management
- Responsible for PV electronic system validation and maintenance
- Assist in PV relevant tracking tool update and maintenance
- Perform overseas serious adverse reaction and SUSAR submission to local Health Authority.
- Responsible for test of PV emergency phone line and fax.
- Responsible for PV announcement before long holidays and holiday on duty record.
- Conduct other tasks assigned by supervisor.
岗位职责:
- 为PV团队提供行政支持。
- 协助药物警戒的相关文件存档和管理。
- 负责药物警戒系统的维护。
- 协助PV相关跟踪工具的更新和维护。
- 分析海外的严重不良反应，并向当地卫生局提交SUSAR。
- 负责药物警戒应急电话和传真的测试。
- 负责长假和假期值班之前的药物警戒通知。
- 完成上级安排的其他任务。
职业要求如下：
1. 本科/研究生在读，医学或药学专业
2. 良好的沟通表达能力，能快速学习，有敬业精神及团队合作精神
3. 英语良好
4. 熟练掌握MS Office办公应用程序
5. 熟悉互联网/内联网
6. 每周保证3个工作日以上的出勤，至少实习3个月
