【Responsibilities】

- Provide support on interview schedules and onboarding process.

- Maintain candidates report on regular basis.

- Provide sourcing support on all level positions assigned, leverage social media and technology to identify potential talents and arrange value-added exploratory interviews.

- Maintain communication with candidate networks and ensuring continuous interaction with talent pipeline.

- Event support.

【Requirements】

- 0-3 working experience in in-house HR fields.

- Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Quick learner, logic thinker, and result driven, passionate for human resource management.

- Fluent in both written and oral English.

- Good command of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

- Open for fresh grads.
