职业职责：
1. Carrying out special acoustic testing for drives in development phase and involve in technical discussion with customer.
2. Leading root cause analysis for acoustic claims.
3. Technical training for testing employees.
4. Acoustic experience and knowledge transfer to related colleagues.
5. EOL tester correlation, parameter setting, validation and optimization.
6. Supporting process planning and manufacturing team in special technical acoustic topics.
7. Training and supporting plantacoustic engineer to handle basic acoustic issues in production and customer claims. Being contact point for drives acoustic topics in CN and collaborating with global acoustic team for related drives issues.
职业需求
