Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Communication Intern to support content creation, assist with internal and external communications, and contribute to enhancing the LIXIL brand image in Greater China. This role offers hands-on experience in communication, media, social media, AI, and digital tools, working within a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating key topic calendar, monitor trendy topics and industry news on key media and develop weekly news report 

• Support to draft and edit content for social media and internal communication platform

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and utilize AI tools to optimize content and communication planning

• Support the development and execution of communication campaigns and projects: Internal communication platform migration and activation in China, Global Competence Center Opening, trade shows, EVP campaigns, media program, etc. 

• Assist in drafting meeting minutes, updating and filing communication documents

• Assist in project management and tracking, payment process management

• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Eager to learn, proactive and supportive working attitude is a must 

• Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English

• Ability to work independently and support as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Currently pursuing or completing a bachelor/master’s degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, or English is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, The Note, Tik Tok and etc.) and new digital tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or google apps (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

• Video editing or multimedia content creation skills, knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
