Job Responsibility:

1.Responsible for daily bill VAT-invoicing

2.Invoice data report prepare

3.Tax invoice keeping & archiving

4.Customs declaration management

5 other duties as assigned by superiors according to the company's goals

Qualifications:

1 Diploma of university and above, related major or 2 Years-working experience is preferred

2 Fluent communication and understanding in English

3 Good in MS Office operation, including WORD/EXCEL,etc

4 Capability of learning business knowledge quickly

5 Good team working

6.Shanghai residence is preferred
