Recruitment Consultant Job Description

Your daily work will be mainly include the below:

Consistently bring in high quality candidates through calls, meetings, and social activities. And build up an extensive network within your specialty.
Develop mid to long-term mutual trust relationships with good key decision makers in good companies. Interactions including initial BD, Job Briefing, office visit, line manager debriefing etc. You are also expected to generate new business opportunities and new contacts during the daily activities.
Provide a professional and solutions-based consultancy service to client


Ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor degree with some working experience, preferably in a sales environment.
Enjoy interaction with people with ogod communication and interpersonal skill
Strong learning agility is crutial
Integrity is a basic and very important requirement
Demonstrates leadership and motivation will lead you to more important role in the organization in longer run
ability to drive for success in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
Approachable and accessible, entrepreneurial, energetic, resilient and dynamic team player
Previous recruitment experience is a plus
