Associate Consultant/Researcher助理顾问/研究员

Support consultants to finish the search assignments, and following is the detailed responsibilities:(协助顾问完成客户的人才寻访委托，具体职责如下：)

Ø  Understand the assignments and make out search direction under the consultant’s guidance(在顾问的指导下理解客户委托需求和人才寻访方向)

Ø  Collect the targeted company's information(在顾问指导下搜集并整理目标公司的信息)

Ø  the collection, classification, sorting of candidates' data, do preliminary screening of the resume(进行相关侯选人资料的收集、分类、整理，对简历做初步筛选)

Ø  Approach and judge candidates(与人才进行有效沟通，针对客户职位要求判断其合适度)

Ø  Analysis and study the needs of customers, support consultants to finish the job(根据客户职位信息，分析研究客户的需求，协助顾问顺利完成该职位)

Ø  Coordinate the consultant-candidate’s interview, follow up the progress and feedback in time(沟通协调顾问与候选人的面试时间，跟进进展并及时反馈)

Ø  Develop and maintain the relationship with the candidates(发展和维护与目标人才的良好关系)

Ø  Market knowledge collection, analyze and summarize(行业知识的收集，整理与总结)

Ø  Full-time bachelor degree or above, have great passion for sale, willing to have long-term development in the field of recruitment(全日制本科及以上学历，热爱销售，愿意在招聘领域长期发展)

Ø  Good team cooperation consciousness, have great responsibility, able to work under high pressure(良好的团队协作意识，成熟稳重，能够承受较大的工作压力，具有高度的责任感)

Ø  Strong written and oral expression ability, Positive working attitude  (有较强的文字和口头表达能力，工作积极主动)

Ø  Strong analysis and judgment ability, learning and strong adaptability (较强的分析和判断力，学习、适应能力)

Ø  Eager to learn more knowledge, we prefer those who has experience about semiconductor and vehicle （渴望学习更多行业知识, 有半导体和汽车行业相关经验者优先考虑）

Ø  Good oral and written English(良好的英语基础)
