JOB PROFILE Job Title: Consumer Marketing (CRM) Intern Reports to: Manager - Media & Consumer Marketing Division: Marketing & E-Commerce, China Location: Shanghai, China
MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE The primary purpose of this position is to support Consumer Marketing Manager on all projects to deliver outstanding execution results. The candidate will get full exposure to overall marketing and retail, most importantly, the most advanced CRM in the industry. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Database Marketing Campaigns 1. Assist planning and executions of database growth/retention campaigns. Reporting and Data Analysis 1. Assist in generating CRM monthly KPI review and annual customer review on a routine basis as well as ad-hoc analysis upon request. 2. Assist in generating marketing campaign recap report including communication channel effectiveness, business impact, customer response analysis, etc. Clienteling 1. Develop clienteling material for various marketing efforts, including branding/holiday campaigns, CRM activations and store events. Other CRM-related Tasks 1. Assist the development and maintenance of marketing-related application, e.g., CRM system, ECRM system, SCRM system WeChat platform, mini APP, WeChat Work and etc. for data-cleansing, user experience optimization, customer voucher management, etc. 2. Act as the contact to retail teams for any ad-hoc request or inquiries and provide corresponding solutions. General Tasks 1. Vendor liaisons and management. 2. Other admin tasks
REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor's Degree required; major in business/marketing/statistics and knowledge of database is preferred · Strong ownership and result-driven · Highly logical · Smart, eager to learn and quick learner · Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel (vlookup and pivot table is a must) · Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment · A passion for retail and interpersonal communication
