About the role

·      Undertake goods and service purchasing with suppliers to meet end user and all functions’ requirements.

·      Preferred Major: Business related

·      At least 3days a week, 6months period of service

What will I be accountable for?

·      Assist Contract related process contains agreement raising, chopping, sending, scanning, and filing.

·      Being able to complete the invoice related work including invoice collection, monthly bill verification and payment request application.

·      Assist to proceed some simple negotiation work with supplier, order placing and status tracking.

What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

·      Good command of Spoken and Written English, at least CET-6 certificate.

·      Excellent computer literacy contains Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

·      Able to work independently, Flexible communication skill dealing with end user, supplier and internal functions.

·      Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, efficient and team spirit, full of responsibility.
