1. Work closely with workforce management group to identify external hiring needs

2. Review the CVs or selected recruitment agency, and ensure they are matching the requirements.

3. Arrange the first interviews of the short-listed candidates with the relevant managers – Arrange second interviews if needed.

4. Keep track of all candidates’ CVs and Interview Assessment Form and update the Recruitment Report in Livelink.

5. Coordinate the induction of the new employees (students included) in collaboration with the Admin assistant and the managers involved in the process.
