Intern, HR Compensation & Benefits Team

Start of Internship: 16th February 2020

Duration: 4 to 6 months

Location: Beijing, Chaoyang District

Your responsibility:

- New Hire Employee& Intern Onboarding

- Employee Personal Files Management

- Labor Contract& Offer Letter Preparation and PRC Social Insurance Card  Management

- Employee Supplementary Medical Insurance Maintenance

- Schedule Meeting Request

Our Requirements:

- Language: Chinese native, Fluent English, Good at English reading and writing

- Degree: University degree or above

- Flexible working hours (in according with the internship supervisor)

- Remuneration 150 RMB/day for Bachelor and 180/ RMB for Master students gross

- Housing allowance support into RMB 4,000 for Chinese students studying abroad (not for   Beijing Citizens)
