1, Support Recruiter to improve the recruitment efficiency.

1, Able to handle multi-tasks to get the result.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1, Search and screen CVs based on the job requirements. Use creative sourcing techniques to engage both active and passive candidates.
2, Keep track of candidate communications.
3, Arrange interview and make candidate have good experience in Heineken.
4, Help in HR document filing and other regular department admin work.
5, Take on other recruitment tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
1, Major in Human Resource Management or related area.
2, Good English both in oral and writing.
3, At least can work more than 3 days one week.
4, Passionate, reliable, result-oriented and self-motivated.
