Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting supervisor on job posting and CV screen 
- Support recruiter supervisor on sourcing and interview coordination  
- Coordinate recruiting related training arrangement and tracking progress  
- Coordinate internal and external communication for recruiting team 
- Documents management and translation for company news and press 
- Other Administration work assigned by recruiting supervisor         
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, Pro-active attitude, diligent and highly responsible  
- Quick leaner, detail-oriented, good communication skill 
- Related experience in multinational company is a plus  
- Good English (both written and oral) and MS Office skills                                                            
- Work at least 3 days per week, at least 3 months internship
