Job description:

Bain Professional development team is looking for a PD intern to better support Bain PD program. Through the internship, you will have the chance to get to know the whole process of performance review.

Junior level PD review program：

- Support Performance review cycle from end to end, including document preparation, driving the process and delivering high quality tasks

-  Prepare performance data in excel and PPT format

-  Draft e-mails according to performance review needs

-  Generate performance review reports and survey data

-  Play a PMO (Project Management) role for the review package preparation process

Senior Level PD review program:

- Data clean and analysis

- Draft slides for review meetings

- Support local talent review meeting and logistics

Other assignments from PD & Staffing team

Requirement:

- Fluent communication both in oral and written English

- Humble and willing to learn/do;

- With the attitude of being meticulous

- Working time: At least 3 days/week and four months guaranteed

- Onboard date: ASAP
