- Responsible for sourcing candidates through a variety of means, such as database-searching, networking and headhunting;
- Build up a quality candidate pool
- Make update calls to build up relationship and rapport with candidates / clients
- Interview potential candidates and evaluate their qualifications to meet client’s requirements
- Write search proposals and candidate reports using company standard formats
- Support colleagues to Pick up job leads, referrals
- select and match candidates for assignments including managing the interview
