Responsibility:

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible delivery full cycle recruitment service to our client, you will be:

1, Handling recruitment assignment independently in your focus business discipline.

2, Communicate with client to understand their business needs and provide recruitment solution for them.

3, Set up candidate sourcing strategy, identify and evaluate target candidates according client’s requirement.

4, Solve all conflict and problem during the whole process such as interview arrangement, offer negotiation, reference check etc.

5, Business development and client maintenance.

Qualifications:

1, Bachelor or above degree in relative discipline.

2, Potential graduates are  welcomed.

3, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4, Result driven and strong desire to success.

5, Willing to take challenges and able to work under great pressure.

 任职资格:

1、本科或以上学历。

2、有潜力的毕业生。

3、优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。

4、结果导向型和对成功的强烈渴望。
