【岗位职责】

1. Collecting copycat and counterfeits clues and maintain the data status.

2. Legal research, especially concerning labor/anti-unfair competition/commercial bribery law/regulation;

3. Case study concerning the above topics, and provide legal analysis;

4. Review/draft of simple contracts, including contracts comparison; Contract management;

5. On-site consultation of corporate registration related matters;

【任职要求】

1. Major in law;  

2. Passed national bar examination is preferred; 

3. Good command of written English; 

4. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment; 

5. Good at excel and data analysis.
