Responsibilities and duties to include:
Support the department managers and supervisors in daily administrative roles and tasks as required
Contributes to the overall organization's efforts by driving and delivering superior results
Assists the HR and management team in various administrative processes and procedures
Maintains databases and records by entering data from change notifications and other sources
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering, analyzing, and sorting documents as needed
Produces reports by assembling and compiling information from within operating systems and other sources
Assists with the overall onboarding experience for new employees
Provides information by answering questions and requests
Maintains management and employee confidence and protects operations by keeping data confidential
Complies with Chinese Labor Laws and legal requirements by following policies and procedures
Performs other duties as needed and assigned
