| Align with the Wipro business units to ensure a good rapport and a thorough understanding of the business needs. |
| Work with Regional Manager and support IT infrastructure for Wipro's site |
| Co-ordinate with Customer and IMG teams for installation of IT Infrastructure required to run the business. |
| Should have knowledge on Contact center IT Infrastructure setups. |
| Identify & Interact with vendor / External Agencies to recommend new technology and tool deployment. |
| Understand the operations team requirements and work accordingly |
| Work with the Helpdesk teams and the location IT Operations teams to ensure client deliverables (Process setup, Servers up-time etc.) are met on time. |
